Ash Jewelz offers quality shipping with an estimated arrival between 7-10 business days. 

Delays may occur for reasons such as: 

• Delays in credit approval
• Weather delays
• Other shipping/vendor service disruptions. You will be notified in advance if so.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase then you may issue a return within a 30-day period. 

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging. 
• You may only return an item for up to 30 days of purchase. 
• Refunds will be issued to the same account that was credited.

Refunds will be issued to the same account credited. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.

Please note refunds are based on your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Ashjewelz@gmail.com.
